Morgan Development Company is owned and led by Greg Morgan, a long-time North Carolina resident with deep roots in the region. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Agri-Business from Illinois State University and an MBA in Finance from North Carolina State University.

His background spans land development, agriculture, equipment dealerships, trucking, trailer leasing, and real estate investment—bringing a disciplined, hands-on perspective to every project. As a local owner, Greg is personally invested in creating developments that add lasting value and enhance quality of life.
